Creamy Peach Ice Cream (raw, vegan)

reading time: ca. 1 min

Quick 2-ingredient ice cream without ice cream maker

Preparation time: 5 mins + 3 hours freezing time
Main ingredients: banana, peach
difficulty level: easy
serves: 1
suitable for: vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, nut-free, paleo, raw food, and delicious "even so"

I don't know about you, but ever since last summer i am in love with sweet juicy peaches, especially saturn peaches (they're also called paraguayo peaches or donut/doughnut peaches because of their flat, donut-like shape).

So i figured, why not make an ice cream with these! Right? This recipe would work just as well with nectarines though!

Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas, frozen
3 saturn peaches (or ordinary peaches), chopped

also:
- a high-speed blender or food processor (NO NEED FOR AN ICE CREAM MAKER!)

Instructions

Place frozen banana pieces in your blending machine (high-speed blender, food processor or juicer), blend until just creamy, then add your peaches - i'm using fresh ones, but you could also freeze them and make the ice cream less soft! - If your peaches are ripe, they should be sweet enough for you to not add any additional sweetener (if you do though, i recommend agave syrup or coconut blossom sugar!).

Pulse again (or fully blend everything together, but i prefer my peaches to be a bit chunky still). Fill your creamy peach ice cream into a bowl or jar and spoon it right away before it melts away or anybody else gets their hands on it! :)

Well isn't this just peachy. (sorry)

Note: This is part of my raw vegan Ice Cream Galore!
